So I'll be getting Production Efficiency IV here in about 12 hours. I have PE V in que to be trained next. However, it's going to be 17 days until PE V finishes. Everyone I've talked to has said you NEED that at V to be any good at Manufacturing. ...

I figured Highsec wouldn't be good profit. I'm new, but I'm not afraid of the big bad lowsec/nullsec. I definitely plan on PIing in Lowsec at the very least, and null if I can find a decent system.

And I probably already shot myself in the foot if I decide to go the Industry route since I used one remap for Learning skills, and then remapped so that I'm at: 17 Intelligence 25 Perception 8 Charisma 17 Willpower 17 Memory
